Autism Acceptance

After receiving our son Luca’s diagnosis in 2020, we reached out to the autism community and families like ours for support and guidance. Along the way we were lucky enough to meet a family, the Schostek’s, who exemplifies all the best parts of the autism community: openness, kindness, and forever advocates. Rick and Doreen Schostek are proud parents of their autistic son Greg. They have lived their lives educating the community and embracing families like ours who reach out for guidance. Rick even wrote a book “What Happens Next? Raising a Son with Autism: A Father’s Story” to spread awareness and share their story. At our first meeting with them, they told us that Greg actually was the artistic talent behind the handwritten title on his book. When we started this company, we knew we wanted to showcase Greg’s handwriting on our apparel, demonstrating the many talents that people with autism have.
